Update 1.1

Some minor updates to the game.

- moved card placement from top/bottom of screen to left/right of screen

- added "sparkle" effect to text buttons to prompt player on what to do next

- added a couple sound effects and a radio button to turn sfx on/off

- a few basic graphics, an artist I am not

- added quit button to game screen
